Xbox Series X X25 Special Edition: Amazon Invites Open [Confirmed]

According to verified reports from IGN Articles, Amazon has launched an exclusive invite request system allowing eager gaming enthusiasts a brand-new chance to secure the ultra-rare translucent green Xbox Series X X25 Special Edition console. Previously selling out instantly back in August during initial preorders, this celebratory twenty-fifth-anniversary hardware release is priced at $909.23 and strictly capped at 25,000 units globally ahead of its scheduled November 13 launch date. Rather than utilizing a standard first-come-first-served queue, Amazon's invite system gives prospective buyers a randomized chance to receive a purchase notification email. This mechanism prevents automated bot scalping and ensures legitimate long-term fans retain an equitable opportunity to add the translucent green collector piece to their living room setups. Industry analysts note that hardware drops of this magnitude heavily influence seasonal consumer trends, paralleling shifts seen in recent hardware roundups like the [Best Buy Gaming Gift Guide 2026: Top Gear [Confirmed]](/news/best-buy-gaming-gift-guide-2026). Securing this hardware guarantees collectors acquire a piece of gaming history while simultaneously boosting overall consumer confidence across retail sectors worldwide. Furthermore, tech experts emphasize that decentralized invite systems represent the most effective defense against automated scalper bots currently plaguing major retail platforms during high-profile collector launches.
