Phantom Blade Zero: Tianxiang Pavilion Key Guide [Full Guide]

Phantom Blade Zero players can unlock the locked Tianxiang Pavilion door near the Pavilion of Knowledge Crossroads Bell by defeating the Cavalrybane boss to loot Armybreaker, then traveling onward to Pangzhen to acquire the Star Performer quest key. According to verified reporting from Game Rant, adventurers encountering the sealed arena gate directly west of the checkpoint cannot bypass it immediately upon felling the mounted warlord. Instead, the Tianxiang Pavilion Key remains strictly locked behind an NPC interaction discovered later during exploration in the settlement of Pangzhen. Completing this multi-stage encounter initiates The Star Performer questline, sending players back to place incense censers and claim high-tier relics. Navigating this path requires mastering parry timings and weapon swapping, as outlined in our [Phantom Blade Zero Difficulty Settings Guide [Full Guide]](/news/phantom-blade-zero-difficulty-settings). S-Game structured this sequence to reward non-linear back-tracking, ensuring players unlock vital crafting materials, skill points, and combat enhancers rather than sequence-breaking the regional progression curve early.
