Genshin Impact: Days of Old Snow Quest Walkthrough [Full Guide]

To complete The Days of Old Were Days of Snow quest in Genshin Impact, players must navigate to the Hallowed Plain, trigger two prerequisite sub-quests, locate hidden Shadow Realms across the frozen tundra, solve environmental alignment puzzles, and defeat waves of corrupted elemental automatons. According to verified reports from Game Rant, the quest chain requires precise spatial navigation within the Hallowed Plain perimeter. Adventurers must inspect ancient monoliths scattered throughout the zone to dispel atmospheric illusions obscuring the Shadow Realm portals. Interacting with these monoliths initiates localized combat trials featuring elite Cryo and Hydro shielded skirmishers, demanding synchronized elemental reactions like Melt or Vaporize to shatter defenses before time limits expire. Much like classic adventure progression seen in our coverage of [Zelda Ocarina of Time: How to Unlock Epona [Full Guide]](/news/how-to-get-epona-zelda-ocarina-of-time), step-by-step puzzle mastery is mandatory. After banishing the dimensional rifts, players reunite with regional scholars to translate ancient inscribed tablets, concluding the narrative line. Successful completion rewards players with 40 Primogems, Hero's Wit exp bundles, Mystic Enhancement Ores, and 30,000 Mora, significantly boosting regional reputation levels and unlocking previously inaccessible sub-regions.
