Crimson Desert DLC: How to Get Shark Mount [Full Guide]

To unlock the new shark mount in the Crimson Desert Charting the Unknown expansion, players must venture into the deep southern archipelago, equip specialized diving lures, and conquer an aquatic taming balance minigame against apex predators beneath coastal reef shelves. According to verified reports from Sportskeeda Esports & BGMI, this aquatic addition serves as one of the standout features of Pearl Abyss's ambitious open-world expansion. Unlike standard terrestrial steeds that roam Pywel's mainland plains, this marine predator demands preparatory gathering before initiating capture. Adventurers must stock high-potency fish bait, locate bubbling oceanic thermals off the southern continental drop-off, and plunge into offshore trench waters. Once submerged near the creature's migratory loop, initiating the mount interaction triggers a high-intensity rodeo-style taming sequence comparable to breaking wild stallions on land. Surviving directional thrash inputs, balancing stamina gauges, and calming the beast rewards permanent summoning access across all charted waterways. Much like mastering combat encounters in [Phantom Blade Zero: How to Beat Steel and Steam [Full Guide]](/news/phantom-blade-zero-steel-and-steam-guide), timing and input discipline dictate whether players master this fearsome mount or drown trying.
