Blue Eye Samurai Season 2: Release Date Confirmed [Netflix]

Blue Eye Samurai Season 2 will officially premiere worldwide on Netflix on January 19, following protagonist Mizu as she crosses treacherous oceans into 17th-century London to hunt down European slave traders Skeffington and Routely alongside her captive guide Fowler. According to verified reports from GamesRadar, Netflix revealed the long-awaited release date alongside a pulse-pounding teaser trailer that chronicles Mizu's violent trajectory through Edo-era Japan before shifting focus to the cobblestone streets of London. The second season significantly broadens the scope of the Emmy-winning animated series created by Amber Noizumi and Michael Green. Having already eliminated Violet during the explosive climax of season one, Mizu now leverages Fowler's insider intelligence to penetrate the heavily fortified British criminal hierarchy. Meanwhile, the official logline confirms that the narrative remains split across hemispheres, showcasing how Mizu's allies left behind in Japan face rising geopolitical turmoil and shifting feudal leadership.
